None of this is required. It just means we can often price the job on the first call instead of booking a visit to find out.
- Which room, and whether it is a wall or a ceiling
- Roughly how big the area is, even as a guess in feet
- Whether the surface is flat or textured
- What caused it, if you know, and whether it is still happening
- Your postcode or neighbourhood, so we know the travel
- Whether the building is a house, a condo or a strata unit

We work out whether you need a visit
A lot of small work can be priced from a description and a photo. If we can do that, we will, because it saves you an appointment and gets you a number the same day.

You get a fixed price in writing
One number for the job, with the finish level named and debris removal included. Not an hourly rate and not a range that moves later.

We book it around the real constraints
Permit inspections that have to pass first, strata approval, elevator bookings, and dry times in the damp months. We would rather set an honest date than a hopeful one.
